Refund & Returns Policy
At Dynamic Geyser, a dedicated product website by Dynamic Bazar,
we follow a strict and transparent Returns & Replacement Policy to ensure customer
satisfaction while maintaining the quality and safety of all products.

1. No Refund Policy
Dynamic Geyser follows a No Refund Policy.
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch, therefore refunds
are not provided under any circumstances, except for order cancellation before dispatch.
2. Order Cancellation (Refund Applicable)
- You may cancel your order before the product is dispatched.
- If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Replacement Policy
We provide replacement only, not refunds.
Replacement is accepted only in the following cases:
A. Product Damaged in Transit
- Email us at info@dynamicbazar.online within 2 days of delivery.
- Attach photos/videos clearly showing the damage.
- Our team will verify and approve the replacement.
- Return the product in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
- Once received, we will ship the replacement (subject to stock availability).
- Courier charges for transit damage replacements will be borne by Dynamic Geyser.
- If reported after 2 days, the item will not be eligible for replacement.
B. Manufacturing Defect
- Report the issue within 2 days of delivery at info@dynamicbazar.online.
- Provide clear images/videos of the defect.
- Our team will inspect and confirm the defect.
- If approved, a replacement will be arranged.
- Courier charges for verified defects will be covered by Dynamic Geyser.
Note: Misuse, incorrect installation, voltage issues, water leakage, or physical damage are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Conditions for Acceptance of Return
To qualify for replacement, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Include all accessories, parts, and warranty cards
- Be returned with the original invoice
- Be securely packed to prevent further damage
Products returned without complete packaging or missing accessories will not be replaced.
5. Non-Eligible Items for Replacement
- Products reported after 2 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to customer negligence or incorrect usage
- Physical damage after delivery
- Products purchased on SALE
- Items without original packaging
- Tampered or altered items
- Incomplete products (missing parts/warranty card/cables)
6. Shipping for Returns
- For manufacturing defects or transit damage → Dynamic Geyser bears shipping cost.
- For incorrect claims → Customer bears the shipping cost.
- We recommend using trackable courier services.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
7. Processing Time
- After the product is received and inspected, approval/rejection will be emailed.
- If approved, replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days (stock dependent).
