Shipping Policy

At Dynamic Geyser, a dedicated product platform by Dynamic Bazar, we ensure safe,
timely, and reliable delivery of all orders. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand
how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Dispatch Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of purchase.
• Dispatch is subject to product availability.
• If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.

2. Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 8–18 days from shipment date.
• International Orders: Delivered within 15–21 days, depending on customs and location.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted national and international logistics providers, including courier services,
transport companies, and postal services. A Tracking ID will be provided upon dispatch to track
your shipment online.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Buyers)

For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination
country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Dynamic Geyser does not control or determine these charges.

5. Address Policy

• Ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout.
• If the buyer and consignee addresses differ, both must be mentioned while placing the order.
• Address changes after placing the order will not be accepted.

6. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

We mostly process orders for in-stock items. If an item becomes unavailable:

• The customer will be informed immediately.
• The customer may cancel the order.
• A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

Dynamic Geyser cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen stock issues.

7. Backorders

Items that are not in stock or are backordered may require up to 10 extra days for shipment.
